Anchored Care Residential Services, LLC provides quality care in home and in community settings for individuals with developmental disabilities. We are dedicated to improving the quality of life for our nations population of individuals with developmental disabilities. These services are approved by the Indiana Medicaid Waiver program, also known as the Community Integration and Habilitation (CIH) and Family Support Waiver (FSW). Our quality services are structured around the individual’s person-specific plan. Our teams, which are comprised of the individual, guardians, Case Management, Direct Care Staff, and other skilled professionals, to create a care strategy to ensure that all care needs are met.
