Applicants applying for Direct Care positions will go through a background check as prescribed by the state of Indiana. This compulsory check ensures that applicants are fully cleared before providing support for our clients.

Anchored Care Plan is to invest in recruiting direct care staff, extra training for stress related issue in the workplace, bonuses for taking on extra duties to become management and further the education of the DSP. Supervisors expanding work hours to assist DSP's completing direct support hours. DSP will receive incentives for attendance for consecutive work days. We have DSP,s that are not as computer savvy so due to EEV trainings will be needed to complete knowability in minor troubleshooting. With the consistent price increase for materials, it has put a strain on the company trying to maintain and manage working within its present budget. In addition to the previous mentioned needed materials, this company also must purchase CPR training materials which include buying training books, CPR Certification Cards, individual training CPR Manikins for Adult, Child, and infant. Automated External Defibrillator (AED) training machines, First Aid training supplies kits, Epinephrine Auto – Injector training kits, gloves and making copies of the CPR test for each employee Withholdings for taxes will be included. this plan could change and/or be updated for short term and long term.
