What we do

Residential Habilitation is designed to help adults who live with family, roommates, or on their own, to succeed in their home environment and participate more fully in community life. Our specially trained staff provide services tailored to each individual’s needs and goals, including:

• Transportation
• Cooking
• Assist with cleaning
• Support getting involve in the community
• Help maintain health and wellness
• Help managing money
• Active Daily Living (ADL)
• Scheduled company social events
• Up to 24-hour residential support

Community Integration is designed to provide access to meaningful socialization in the community including:

• Religious events and activities
• Cultural activities
• Grocery Shopping
• Access and utilization of public transportation
• Community events

Respite Care provides a temporary break from daily caregiving responsibilities. Using respite services can support and strengthen the primary caregiver’s ability to continue taking care of their loved one. This service may be provided in the individual’s home or in public community areas. This service may not be provided while the primary caregiver is at work.
